Neo Interactive’s tasks involve online strategy and creative planning, creative production, digital promotions, online media planning and buying, constant campaign optimization and even social media management. During this summer Tchibo webshop tasks broaden with ATL elements: advertisements will appear in magazines and cable TV channels. Offline ad production and partly media buying are duties for us to meet. A webshop awareness building campaign spot will be available on the internet by the end of August as part of a video distribution campaign.
The Tchibo Facebook page – first phase of the strategic „umbrella” platform – helps fans navigate through the world of Tchibo brands and weekly changing shop and webshop offers. Educative promotional applications entertain the audience, thus enabling the brand to involve people who are honestly interested, instead of „promo hunters”.We fully organize these promotions just like for Tchibo webshop’s launch and image communications: educative, image, PR and conversion oriented online ads run at the same time. Media usage is re-thinked again and again due to permanent campaign opimization, and furthermore, various ad displays and weekly refreshed campaign creatives characterize the communication.
Along with the webshop launch, we managed Tchibo Cafissimo’s spring awareness building and education campaign. On top of these objectives the agency’s goal was to encourage product testing – spectacular, premium display ads lead to Tchibo’s Facebook page, where online coupons were available for potential customers alongside further information. With these vouchers users could try Cafissimo machines for free and enjoy the taste of Tchibo coffees.
