As an honor, our colleague was invited to a panel talk analyzing the current state of e-commerce marketing. Influencers, generational crisis, international vs. domestic, the recipe for the perfect campaign – all were on the table.

The multiplication of technology platforms and generations born in the digital world are transforming consumer needs and habits at an ever-increasing rate. Sometimes even professionals just look dumfounded when they should be least two steps ahead of everyone. Feri Novák, head of neo's integrated communications and social media business, and Márton Sápi, sales manager of Star Network, tried to answer the most thrilling questions of the phenomenon at the Protechtor roundtable.

They discussed how the generational change of consumers affected the global and Hungarian trends in the marketing market. The adaptability of methods proven abroad, and how competent is the Hungarian e-commerce in the global market. Also, they explored the elements of a successful campaign and the most important things to look out for during planning. Of course, it was inevitable for the influencer topic to come up, but the guys tried to look at it from a new perspective.
